Return Policy: We offer a hassle-free return policy to provide you peace of mind. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from HairPerfecto, you may initiate a return request within 30 days after delivery. Please ensure that the products are eligible for return and remain in their original packaging.

Order Cancellation and Changes: You can cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order status is not set to "shipped," indicating that it has not yet been dispatched. The following guidelines apply:Cancellation within 24 hours: Free
Cancellation after 24 hours: 10% handling fee.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed for more than 3 business days.

Refunds: We want to ensure that you have a smooth refund process. Once the return items are delivered and meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account, as delays may occur depending on your financial banking institution.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all monetary refunds.

Please note that express shipping costs, international shipping costs, route shipping insurance, and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. These costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Ineligible Products: To be eligible for return or exchange, the products must meet the following criteria:The items must remain in the same condition as when received (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and without signs of wear, styling products, or odor).
All tags must be attached, and the items must be in their original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of the order.
All gift sets must be included with the return.

Please note that any altered, worn, washed, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, custom orders, clearance items, and items from the Gift Gallery are non-returnable. Orders that include the Signature Cut Service are also not eligible for return or exchange.
